We place particular importance to a high quality of our coffee and to transparency as well as fair trade products. Our coffee beans are freshly roasted in a regional roasting house. Our partner roasting house and Starbarista share the same high standards – this is guaranteed by the seal of the German Roasters Guild.
The German Roasters Guild represents the specialty roasters as an independent network in the coffee market and ensures a sensitization of the consumers for artisanal roasted coffee. Thus, you can assume that the members of the German Roasters Guild complete the entire coffee cycle in a fair and transparent way.
We use only organic whole milk of the transparent dairy factory “Gläserne Molkerei“. The species-appropriate keeping of the animals and the ecological cultivation of the fodder are very close to our hearts. In addition, you simply taste the good quality of the products. As the name suggests, the “Gläserne Molkerei“ puts an emphasizes these aspects and is a good example in terms of transparency and quality. These standards have convinced us and they are an important piece of the mosaic for perfect coffee enjoyment.
